Neighborhoods We Love: Brentwood

Originally developed in the 1960’s the NW Calgary community of Brentwood is one of Calgary’s most popular neighborhoods. The community of Brentwood is part of the greater Tri-Wood neighborhood that consists of Brentwood, Collingwood and Charleswood.

Conveniently located near the University of Calgary, and the Foothills Hospital, the community of Brentwood is bounded by John Laurie BLVD to the north, Crowchild Trail to the south, and Shaganappi Trail to the west, and Brisbois Drive to the East.

Consistently voted one of Calgary’s Best Neighborhoods by Avenue Magazine, the community of Brentwood is celebrated for its walkability, community spirit, greenspace, and access to restaurants and services. Residents of Brentwood can choose between 36 restaurants all within walking distance from their front door.

As a home builder, what we love about Brentwood is the small-town community vibe. In Brentwood, being neighborly is a badge to wear with honor. The community warmly welcomes new residents with a sense of hospitality that can only be described as western.  Although located just outside of Calgary’s inner city, Brentwood’s location next to the cities major arteries makes it a breeze to travel within the city or head out to the mountains.

With our JUST renovate Brentwood home now on the market, we’d like to share a few of our favorite Brentwood neighborhood places. If you’d like to learn more about our home for sale in Brentwood or the neighborhood, send us a message!
